Mission Statement
To provide quality swim instruction to all swim team participants in a positive and encouraging environment. We further pledge to teach and develop sportsmanship, teamwork, competition, individual achievement, and camaraderie. We will do this through individual and group interaction, both in the water and through social activities.

2026 Season Sponsorship
The Kincaid Forest Swim Team is devoted to the promotion of swimming enjoyment to residents of the Kincaid Forest community. We are a developmental and competitive team striving to provide all team members with safe and quality swim training that is challenging to their abilities. We are a family focused organization that is run by volunteers who care about the long-term growth of youths.
We are confident that, with your help this year, we will be able to meet the needs of our team. There are a variety of sponsorships that will give your company the opportunity to share in the exciting success of the 2026 season of the Kincaid Forest Swim Team. Only through sponsors like you, can the Kincaid Forest Swim Team be a success. All sponsors will be acknowledged in our community and swim team newsletter.
Levels of Sponsorship
Exclusive Medal - $1000
- Your company would be the only one in that field represented and displayed. (ex: no other mortgage company only yours)
- Your company’s name shown prominently on the team t-shirt.
- Your company’s name is listed on the Kincaid Forest Swim Team website and Facebook page with a hotlink to your website.
- Your company’s banner which you provide is displayed at all home swim meets. (4-5 home meets per season, serving approximately 120 families)
- Your company’s logo is displayed on our Stingrays Banner displayed at all meets.
- Your company’s logo is displayed at our concession table at all home meets.
- Team picture or plaque to display at your company office.
- At each home meet your company will be announced through the PA system by our starter.
Platinum Medal - $750
- Your company’s name shown prominently on the team t-shirt.
- Your company’s name is listed on the Kincaid Forest Swim Team website and Facebook page with a hotlink to your website.
- Your company’s banner which you provide is displayed at all home swim meets. (4-5 home meets per season, serving approximately 120 families)

Silver Medal - $250
